Our goal is to create a *safe* & comfortable place for the consumer and artist alike to gather and celebrate each others creativity and hard work. We are trying to transform this entire building into a Creative Arts center filled with offices, studios, and event spaces that can be used to support the arts & better the creative community of Kansas City. Specifically, the West Bottoms.

1. We have a no tolerance drug & alcohol policy at the Wet Warehouse. You will be removed without warning for not abiding by this paramount rule.
2. No smoking inside of the Wet Warehouse at any time.
3. Respect our staff & artists. They're working for you to bring an unforgettable experience where your needs are met, and you are taken care of.
